Hausum Certification: Security and Confidence

Hausum Platinum

This is the highest level of certification and is awarded to homes in excellent condition. It means that the property has passed our inspection with the best results, with no relevant deficiencies and with optimal maintenance. It is a seal that provides maximum confidence to buyers and demonstrates a high standard of quality in the home.

Hausum Gold

The Gold seal is assigned to homes in very good condition, with minimal deficiencies or areas for improvement that do not significantly affect their functionality or safety. It is a certification that guarantees that the home is in optimal condition and that any small adjustments can be easily solved.

Hausum Silver

The Silver seal is awarded to homes that, although habitable and structurally correct, have aspects that could be improved in terms of maintenance, installations or finishes. This seal offers transparency to buyers, indicating that there are certain points to be taken into account before the purchase, without implying serious risks.

Hausum Verified

This seal indicates that the property has been inspected by Hausum, providing a detailed technical report on its condition. It does not imply a specific qualification, but certifies that the property has been evaluated by our experts, guaranteeing clear and objective information for buyers and sellers.

Inspection Tools:
Technology for Accurate and Reliable Analysis

Thermal Camera: Detects Invisible Problems
Our thermal camera allows us to identify anomalies that are not visible to the naked eye, such as water leaks, insulation deficiencies, thermal bridges and faults in electrical installations. Thanks to this technology, we can anticipate problems that could lead to costly repairs, ensuring a more accurate and detailed diagnosis.

Endoscopic Camera: Inspection in Confined Spaces
We use an endoscopic camera to examine areas that are difficult to access, such as pipes, wall cavities or hidden installations. This allows us to detect cracks, internal moisture and structural flaws that would go undetected in a conventional visual inspection. With this tool, we provide a more complete and comprehensive analysis of each property.

Contact Hygrometer: Moisture Detection
The contact hygrometer allows us to measure the humidity level in walls, floors and ceilings. With this technology, we detect condensation problems, leaks or structural damage before they become a major problem.

Socket Meter: Safety in Electrical Installations
With the socket meter we verify the correct operation and safety of electrical installations. We identify problems such as lack of grounding or unstable voltages that may represent a risk for the occupants.

Gas Leak Detector: Risk Prevention
The gas leak detector allows us to locate leaks in heating systems and gas pipelines, ensuring that the inspected homes comply with safety standards.

Level Check Ball: Accuracy in Structure
We use a leveling ball to evaluate the horizontality of surfaces and check for possible subsidence or unevenness in the ground, which can be key in the evaluation of structural problems.

Crack Measuring Card: Crack Control
The crack measuring card helps us to determine the size and evolution of cracks in walls and structures. With this tool, we evaluate whether the cracks represent a risk or are simply natural movements of the building.
