How can I find out how many square metres a property has?
At Hausum we use data from the Spanish Cadastre’s online registry as a reference when setting the price range for the inspection.
- Go to sedecatastro.gob.es
- Choose “Acceso libre” (free access)
- Search by address or cadastral reference
- Check the record: you will see the built area, use and floor plan
